Trusts Act 2019 Update for PAA Legacy Trust Deed

The PAA Legacy Trust Deed has now been updated with the assistance of Moran Law. The new Deed was adopted by Special Resolution of the Trustees on 18 December 2025 and has been registered on the Charitable Trusts Register in January with the Companies Office. 

It is consistent with all the principles of the original 2018 Trust Deed but the deed required revising to comply with the new Trusts Act 2019. At the same time changes were made to provide for a more orderly retirement and replacement of Trustees.
